We enjoyed our quick one night stay and would definitely stay at the Mercure Gerringong again. The room was clean and the big bathtub was a nice bonus. The location was great, yet felt secluded. I enjoyed the views and the two pools. It was only a 3 minute drive to the shops. We had breakfast included in our stay and my son loved the automatic pancake maker. I thought breakfast was ok, but could have been better. For example, having bananas and strawberries to go with the pancakes would have been great, but instead only apples and oranges were in the fruit selection. The staff were also very friendly. We hope to stay again sometime.

Easy to locate. Layout was well thought, straightforward to navigate. Also the layout is weather proof during wet weather conditions. Amazing restaurant and service. Notable mention to reception for making our stay a memorable one for our Wedding Anniversary and an extra special mention to Jean for your warm and accomodating service at Bella Char. Must dine at the in-house restaurant or room service as the food is amazing!

From the very nice lady checking me in at reception, to an amazing massage at the spa, The restaurant is fantastic - I enjoyed my steak dinner so much I went back for the same the next night. The room was modern and very comfortable. and while it was still too cold to use it, i really liked the idea of an adults only pool, as well as the other family pool.

Both myself and one of my friends accidentally booked the wrong date for our room. I realised immediately and the Mecure allowed me to change to the correct date no questions asked but my friend didn’t realise to the day before and much to our surprised they still allowed her to change it. Exceptional customer service, comfy and spacious rooms. And an amazing level of cleanliness.

It was quiet, which I rarely experience. The room was huge, and a generous size bathroom. I ordered room service after a long day and it was fast, hot an delicious.
